If you are motivated to assist in your child’s healing and, to develop their ability to overcome overwhelming emotions, then we should talk about how I can help. I work with young people who lack coping skills necessary to properly deal with peer pressure, anxiety, depression, anger and self-defeating behaviors.
I can help your child learn and implement new coping skills and to reflect on what truly motivates their behaviors. Your child will learn to use their emotions as a guide to self-awareness, yet use their intellect to make goal directed decisions.
I offer individual and family counseling as well as group therapy. We can discuss which modalities will best address your child’s needs.
